IRENE post-tropical: Where can I get information, Radar, Satellite and more now for Canada?

IRENE has become a post-tropical storm. That doesn't mean any change in "how IRENE is" today, but it means a change of competence / responsibility.NOAA's NHC in Miami won't follow IRENE any further.

So which Meteorological Weather Service provides information now, when IRENE is passing Canada?
